Before Starting their classes we focus to prepare them for training by behavior and attitude training 

As students are coming from a very deep rural background so first 15 days of training are being invested on their grooming and adaptation process towards their new life, this process is completely of practical training, like shaving, tie knot, shoe polish, hair making, etc.
